REAL ESTATE:  (Jan. 2025 – CURRENTLY not available for this service).   Private Homes, MLS & Architectural projects, Insurance, Estate or Photography to document before and after renovation projects:  $145 + $0.07/sq foot, minimum $350 ( e.g. 3000sq/ft home, $145 plus (3000×0.7) $210 = $355  *HDR photography & editing as well as Twilight / evening shoots are priced on request.

Fully equipped photography studio for hourly or daily rental.

• Half Day – $295  (4 hours)  9am – 1pm then 2pm – 6pm  (Mon. to Friday)
• Full Day –  $445  (9am – 6pm)
• Evenings & Weekends,  Hourly only – $150 per hour, min 4 hours.  ($600 min.)

You will have access to the entire space, including all of the backdrops, props and and lighting equipment. NO CAMERA equipment provided.   Assistance for set up as needed.
